Organisational Capacity Strengthening
In early December, 2024, HER Fund attended the AWID forum with several of our grantee partners to exchange and learn about different gender issues. In this learning session, we shared our experiences and observations from the forum. We explored and discussed together on ways to apply the learnings in Hong Kong to advance gender equality.
The Association for Women’s Rights in Development (AWID) held its 15th forum from 2nd Dec 2024 to 5th Dec 2024. AWID is a global, feminist organisation. The Forum brings together feminist, women’s rights, gender justice, LBTQI+ and allied movements.
Outcome：
- Most participants reported that the workshop was inspiring and insightful. Most participants reported that they understood more about international feminist forums such as AWID and global feminist movements.
